We had quality time at this hotel, good facilities, great staff and service, with a signature sandy beach and easy access to some nice snorkling at the bay...

Family suite was clean and spacious. Grounds were beautifully kept. Pools (especially the aqua park) were very much enjoyed! Lovely beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the snorkelling from the beach - clumps of coral teeming with fish. We saw so many varieties - really good introduction to snorkelling for those not wanting to go out to sea. Staff were friendly and tried really hard to make everything perfect for guests.

We were welcomed friendly and promptly on arrival and had an unusual and efficient check in process, sitting on comfy sofas and with a drink instead of waiting standing at a counter. All staff, from gardeners to waiters, from all those working behind the reception and luggage handlers, really everyone meets you with a smile and greets you friendly. When we explained we are vegetarian they made meet one of the chefs, but in the end we did not feel to ever ask anything custom as the choice of food was always so broard and we always found so many vegetarian options we felt like we had no reason to ask for anything special, as to us everything was already special and choice of local oriental or eastern food was great too. They have many pools and a great aquapark which opens from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 17.00, those times worked well for us so we had time to have lunch and rest without feeling like we could have done some more slides. Most of the pools are designed for adults, yes there are also multiple children pools and the aquapark as well designed for kids but good also for adults, what I mean to say is that in the main pool near the beach and another one near our room the water was deep, like 1.60 or 1.65, that is quite deep if you are not very tall and you are really meant to swim in there, our kids know how to swim well, so that was not a problem; they are very serious about security and safety, there are several lifeguards around each pool and at the beach and they are very focused on watching swimmers, at the point that at 6 PM when lifeguards finish their shift noone is allowed to swim anymore, not at the beach and not in any pool. We did not find this a problem because after that time we would anyway go to change and go for dinner and they also have kids disco and entertainment for kids and adults 7 days a week. They also have tennis and minigof facilities and we used both and it is all for free.

It’s a great Hotel with a very warm hospitality. The front desk and all reception stuff is the best of all. We enoyed our stay, it’s a family hotel and also the family suite is great. Also, the animation team is doing their best and all of them are friendly, especially Keita. They have their own show which was a delight to watch. The man at the Aqua Bar, Mr. Mohamed Gaber is great. Also the men at the Island Bar, Mr. Islam and Mr. Shohdy, are super friendly and always smiling. To mention also the lifeguards at the pools and in the Aqua Park, they are super friendly and doing their best. The barber at the Beauty Salon with curly hair gave me a perfect hair cut, the ladies - Fifi and Roby - are such a wonderful experience. The Salesman Mr. Mohamad Khalifa from the Spa Center is so friendly and nice to talk, the Spa in general very clean and designed beautifully. The masseurs do their best to treat you with the right massage.
