It was an amazing resort experience. Clean and tidy room very comfortable and a good size rooms. Very friendly staff and willing to help with anything you ask for. Food is good and you can book into the Al cante restaurants. Member on the animation team is assigned to you for your stay we had Zizo and he was a great help and very friendly. Reception staff are equally as nice. The pool is great and the beach in nice and clean. Can not fault the hotel for anything. You will not regret your stay!!

Amazing Stay at Sunrise Sentido - A Truly Memorable Experience My husband, I had the pleasure of staying at Sunrise Sentido to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! The resort is ideally located, just 10 minutes from the airport and right by the beach, offering a stunning view and a serene atmosphere. The royal ambience of the resort made us feel like we were on a special getaway from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was the personalised service we have received. From the day before we arrived until we left, we were assigned a dedicated resort member, NINA, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It felt like a VIP experience, similar to what you would get when booking a destination wedding. Nina’s positive energy and attention to detail were unmatched—she made sure we were always informed about daily events and even surprised us with thoughtful touches along the way. Thank you, Nina, for making this trip even more special for us! The staff's throughout the resort were fantastic. Everyone greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, making us feel at home from start to finish. The evening entertainment was also top-notch, especially with HONDA and his team. They were incredibly energetic and made sure to engage the guests, encouraging everyone to join in and have fun. Honda’s enthusiasm really brought the resort to life throughout the day. We also loved the variety of dining options available. With several restaurants to choose from, we were able to enjoy different cuisines throughout our 7-night stay, which added an extra layer of excitement to our vacation.

This hotel is spotless, the choice in food is amazing and in my opinion the best in Hurghada, staff make this hotel great with their eagerness to help and always smiling
