The room was clean Staff was welcoming The pre-reservation restaurants quality (the Italian and the Local) was perfect Beach cleanness, comfort, accessibility and facilities were super Landscaping design was very good Food quality was very good specially the bakeries Night fire show was awesome Night shows at the beach and at Mamluk theatre were very nice It is open to Mamlok hotel and that was perfect, because the adults pool in Mamluk is better and has elegant design with more comfortable and fun bar inside the pool than the one in Garden beach

One of my best stays, everything was great, staff were very welcoming, helpful and polite everywhere, special Thanks to Ms. Merit the best receptionist ever. The main restaurant is amazing and very clean, delicious food and desserts with much varieties and very good quality, the drinks & ice cream as well. Special thanks to Mervat & Hilana at main restaurant, Mr. Mohamed at Shakes & Bakes Bar. The snacks are very good and tasty, the staff are working hard and honest to offer you the best meal. We tried the Indian restaurant, it was good. Many pools with different depth that suits for all guests. The Aqua park is very interesting and very beautiful my kid enjoyed it all. The beach is very beautiful and sandy, clean, the bar & restaurant on beach offers very delicious snacks. animation team are very good, and the hotel shows are interesting. WiFi is covering almost everywhere. The gardens views are really amazing and beautiful, you can have good pictures there. There are also entertaining Big Chess Board, mini Golf games, Darts, Basketball court, beach volley ball. Kids area has interesting swings and slides too, my son enjoyed it.
