• Children: All guests must present a birth certificate for children upon check-in.
• Egyptian and Resident Rate: The ‘Soft All-inclusive - Egyptian and Residents Only’ rate is available exclusively for Egyptians and residents and includes only soft drinks (no alcoholic beverages). Valid Egyptian ID, passport, or residency must be shown at check-in; otherwise, additional charges will apply.
• Couples: A marriage certificate is required for couples at check-in.
• Honeymoon Offer: Couples booking the Honeymoon Offer must present a marriage certificate dated within the last three months.
• Group Bookings: Bookings of 8 rooms or more may be subject to different policies and additional supplements.
• For our Egyptian guests, please note that it is mandatory to present a copy of your national ID and marriage certificates upon arrival.The restaurant's dress code is smart casual where athletic, sports uniforms, beach sandals and slippers are not allowed.Please note that Gala Dinner on 31 December is included in the room rate.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Check in easy and simple. Everyone is ready to explain you everything about the hotel. We could do the check in before the time and have breakfast! Amazing ! We payed for everything included and couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s the best option , for ex you don’t have to pay for internet in your room (which is not included). Etc. Warm and clean water. Different options of place (deep water, not deep) , pool. Lot of activities during the day. Sun beds and towels. Everything!!! Unfortunately I had a health problem and had to go to the clinic in the hotel. It’s a very small clinic, everyone speaks English, they can’t do a lot there , they just take your vitals and that’s it, then they bring you to another hospital , they organize a “medical car” which is a taxi. Very nice staff !
