When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please note that children enjoying the Adult’s Aqua slides must be minimum 120 cm tall. Kids Aqua is open for all children staying at the hotel.Please note that delivery of fast food to the hotel is not permitted.Guests are kindly requested to wear elegant evening attire for dinner in all restaurants, no beach/sports wear, no transparent clothes, no shorts or sleeveless shirts for men, no flip-flops. Shoes must be worn at all times.Kindly note that Deluxe Rooms can accommodate only 1 child till 12 years, Family Rooms up to 2 children till 12 years. Economy room, Superior room and Triple Room cannot accommodate any children.The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before arrival, non refundable reservations will be charged in full before arrival.The hotel will charge the credit card entered in the reservation, therefore the guest must have the same credit card upon arrival to complete the process, otherwise new payment will be required upon arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We had a fantastic stay at Steigenberger Aqua Magic. The facilities are amazing, everything was perfect, and the staff were helpful and professional throughout our visit — special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Salah at reception for his outstanding service. The room service was excellent, and the nightly shows were very entertaining and enjoyable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful family experience! We had an amazing stay at Steigenberger Aqua Magic! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — always smiling, professional, and ready to help with anything. Special thanks to the housekeeping and restaurant teams for going above and beyond every day. The food was delicious and varied — every meal had something for everyone, and the quality was excellent, from breakfast buffets to themed dinners. The kids especially loved the desserts! The hotel facilities are top-notch: the pools are clean and well-maintained, the water slides are super fun, and the beach is just a short walk away. There’s entertainment throughout the day and lots of activities for both adults and children. It’s the perfect place for families looking to relax and have fun. We'll definitely be back again soon! 🏖️🌟

I had a quick layover in Hurghada and I choose Steigenberger for their excellent reputation. They did not disappoint. Multiple pools, lazy river, 1 aqua parks, comfortable bed mattress, welcome fruit basket, all inclusive food and drink including alcohol, super friendly polite staff, and clean facilities. The test for any hotel is when you have an issue and what are they going to do about it. I had a dietary issue, so I informed the from desk. Instantly, I found myself talking to Mr. Mo Abdel Atie Asis Front office manager who brought in The Head Chef for the whole hotel Mr. Mo Zaki. They addressed the issue so I can enjoy the rest of my stay. I also tried their oriental resto which was delightful and had unique view on the pool. I would go back again to enjoy this Hotel. They care.

Everything was great. It was honestly my best experience in Hurghada so far. Mr. Gerges and all the staff were very welcoming and made us feel like home.
