When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please note that children enjoying the Adult’s Aqua slides must be minimum 120 cm tall. Kids Aqua is open for all children staying at the hotel.Please note that delivery of fast food to the hotel is not permitted.Guests are kindly requested to wear elegant evening attire for dinner in all restaurants, no beach/sports wear, no transparent clothes, no shorts or sleeveless shirts for men, no flip-flops. Shoes must be worn at all times.Kindly note that Deluxe Rooms can accommodate only 1 child till 12 years, Family Rooms up to 2 children till 12 years. Economy room, Superior room and Triple Room cannot accommodate any children.The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before arrival, non refundable reservations will be charged in full before arrival.The hotel will charge the credit card entered in the reservation, therefore the guest must have the same credit card upon arrival to complete the process, otherwise new payment will be required upon arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. First, the room was received and its location was very bad, but after registering a complaint with the receptionist, it was replaced with an excellent room. I would like to express my admiration for them and their quick response, as well as the hotel manager who followed up on the situation. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and I would like to repeat it soon. Secondly, all the food was very delicious, especially the seafood day, and the grill chef was very welcoming to us. I thank him for that

My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. I truly had a wonderful time and was fortunate to meet some genuinely kind people—everyone at the property was warm and welcoming. This wasn’t my first visit; in fact, it was my fourth. I first came here as a child, and now, at 21, I can confidently say the hotel is even better than I remember. It feels as if time stood still—the charm, the cleanliness, and the attention to detail remain unmatched. The staff made me feel more like family than a guest, always attentive and genuinely kind. The beach was absolutely stunning, and the pools were immaculately clean and a joy to use. Thank you, Steigenberger, for the gracious hospitality and for making each visit feel like coming home.
