This resort exceeded all expectations! The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and offer stunning sea views. The entire property is beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is huge and peaceful, and the heated pool was absolutely superb — perfect for unwinding at any time of day. The beach is also perfect: clean, calm, and ideal for relaxing or swimming. The staff were the best ever — incredibly friendly and professional. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and truly elevated the whole experience. The food was excellent, with a wide variety at the buffet, great quality and taste, and excellent à la carte options as well. Room service was top-notch — always prompt and professional, and the rooms were kept immaculately clean every day. The spa was amazing and very clean, and the Jacuzzi was one of the best ever! A special thanks to Kerollos at the pool bar, Analyan, George in the main restaurant, and Mr. Omar, the reception manager — each of them went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everything was above expectations. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Steigenberger ALDAU to anyone visiting Hurghada!
