Great experience overall. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Our kids loved the pools, arts and crafts at the kids club and childrens disco in the evenings. A special highlight was the beach restaurant with woodfire bread and pizzas. The room was very well sized for a family.

We had a fantastic stay at Steigenberger Aldau Beach Hotel. Everything was very well organized, the facilities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is both relaxing and luxurious. A special mention goes to Mr. Omar, the manager, for his outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, and responsiveness. He truly made a difference and ensured our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The only slight downside was the diving club. While it is good and the staff is friendly, it felt just a step below the overall high standards of the hotel. That said, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, there was variety of food from different cuisines around the world. There is something for everyone. We had a pool view and it was lovely, we had a slight issue with our room and it was changed immediately, with a complimentary sauna and jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay. The whole ambience of the hotel is breathtaking, we will definitely visit again. We didn't need to step out of the hotel it was all inclusive and there was always something to do. Our time here felt short because of how much we enjoyed it.
