The hotel is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is fine, but the only downside is that there’s no elevator, so it’s a bit hard if you have heavy luggage. Other than that, everything is great, and the location is right in the center.

I really liked this hostel. I stayed for 5 days longer than I planned. The most responsive and helpful staff ever. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately checked in even before check-in time. A friendly young lady from reception showed me everything in the hostel. A guy from reception answered all my questions and gave me useful information: how to buy a SIM card, where to go for juice, where to eat seafood, helped me to make an appointment with a dentist, etc. In the end, these tips helped me a lot. Special thanks to the guy at the reception - Shado. He sincerely helped with all issues and helped in difficult situations.

Best place I found during my trip to Egypt. Room is comfortable and bathroom is good, with warm water in shower. There is kitchen and a nice social area. The best thing in here is the host who make you feel at home. Mina is very helpful, nice, kind, flexible and very very honest. He also give the best advices for shops, restaurants and beaches. I really appreciate my stay

helped arrange a tour but it was a late start and then the lift back was done with a taxi who tried to charge / scam. but one of the workers helped sort it out!
