Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank especially to Mahmoud on the front desk. The beach location is fabulous set in its own private cove. You can snorkel from the beach as there are coral reefs around the cove with lots of marine life. Several bars on the beach serve drinks and food throughout the day. The all inclusive package is a very good deal. Excellent and good value massages at the wellness spa.

A large complex with a wide selection of food and restaurants, friendly staff, a nice beach with nice sunbeds and great snorkeling spot.

I was looking for a quiet hotel to relax after diving but unfortunately we didn't seem to be the target audience for this place. It is a pretty big all inclusive resort, with a lot of bars, three restaurants and a big buffet, music playing in all the places, evening entertainment and beach entertainment programmes, which was the total opposite from what we were hoping for. Nevertheless, our personal preferences don't influence this review as it's not the hotel's fault that we're just the wrong people for this place. What we liked is a good choice of food and snacks in between: especially the oriental dishes were very tasty. Beer is decent (but all inclusive spirits are not really good). We tried the oriental restaurant (all restaurants on pre reservation) and it was very nice. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! We needed to change our room as we heard all the loud music from the main restaurant and they helped us to find a quieter spot. The territory and rooms are kept very clean, the greenery is really nice. There are some Egyptian style souvenir shops in the resort, a spa centre (very expensive) and couple of tourists companies where you can book day trips. The beach is very nice, sandy, with a direct access to water. I guess it's a good place if you come with kids.
