The hotel was large and spacious with multiple restaurants and bars. Nice selection of food and drinks. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Nice location close to the beach and 10 mins to the airport or marina. Felt safe at all times. The housekeeping staff (Mohamed and Mahmoud on floor 5) delivered an all round customer service experience and should be celebrated for their efforts, well above and beyond expectations. They introduced themselves and made sure I had everything I needed and were so patient, friendly and welcoming and the rooms and linen were sparkling clean. Sindbad Club should be proud of them!
