This was not our first stay at Sindbad Hotel — in fact, it was our sixth time, which already says a lot about our experience. Once again, everything was very good. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. What stands out is the excellent guest relations service. They proactively contacted us before check-in to ensure everything was well arranged, which shows great attention to detail. Whenever there is any issue, it is handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience every time. We will definitely return again.

Staff’s friendliness is by far the absolute best part of the hotel! It is unbelievable how gentle and friendly one can be. Many thanks to all for that. Also the hotel is big and well distributed enough to accommodate all guests in a relatively comfortable way.
