The beach is incredible that is the best thing about the hotel. You can snorkel, there is so much space and the staff who work on the beach are brilliant. The person who cleaned our room was brilliant also. Also there is a lovely female who serves the desserts I don't know her name but she is an asset to the company.

We had an unforgettable family holiday at Sheraton Soma Bay Resort – a true gem on the Red Sea. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was peaceful, the beach breathtaking, and the service simply outstanding. A special thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ms. Mariam, the Front Office Manager, whose warm welcome and professionalism set the tone for our experience. Also, a big thank you to Ms. Taghreed, the Front Office In-Charge, for her kind support and attention to every detail throughout our stay. You both made us feel truly valued, and your hospitality didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks again to the Sheraton Soma Bay family – we’ll definitely be coming back!
