We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was conveniently close — the aqua park, the swimming pool, and the beach. The beach itself was sandy and beautiful, and the children had an amazing time. The restaurant service was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food that catered to all tastes. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the staff at the swimming pool. They responded to all our requests promptly, worked tirelessly to make guests happy, and never hesitated to help. Their bright smiles made a big difference and added to the positive experience. Special thanks to Mostafa at the reception for his cooperation and support. He was very helpful and professional throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

• Compact, green, and well-maintained hotel territory; everything is close by. • Beach just a minute’s walk from my building near the pool. • Sandy, smooth entrance to the sea — no need for coral shoes. • Warm, clear water; shallow sea but good for swimming after walking a bit. • New furniture and freshly painted walls in the room. • Room amenities including safe box, slippers, toiletries, and restocked minibar with soft drinks. • Excellent à la carte restaurants — Italian and Turkish options were especially good. • Friendly, helpful staff and attentive Guest Relations team. • Free late check-out offered by Islam, a receptionist — very thoughtful gesture. • Wi-Fi available in the room. • Great value for money considering the overall experience.
