The sheets were poor quality, there was no bath matt in the tiled bathroom, the towels were thin, and they still provide single use toiletries, instead of the ecco friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers.

We chose this magnificent hotel for our honeymoon because the amenities offered to honeymoon couples were incredibly appealing. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed with warm smiles from the staff. Even though we arrived at 4 a.m., Hussam at the reception greeted us with full energy and kindness. He’s truly a great problem-solver and an incredibly understanding person. Depending on the hotel’s availability, they upgraded our room, and it was like a dream for us. The two ladies working in guest relations prepared countless surprises for us throughout our one-week stay, and the service quality never dropped for a moment. Checking out was genuinely difficult for us because it felt like the dream was ending. But even then, Osama helped us with a late check-out and supported us with his friendly attitude. The activities at the hotel never end. Whether you want to relax by the sea or in the heated pool, you can. The food is unlimited — you never go hungry, as you can enjoy the open buffet four times a day. The à la carte restaurants offer high-quality dishes from all around the world — definitely worth exploring. Looking for activities? Discover the corals of the Red Sea with scuba diving. Want to see the desert? Join an ATV tour and enjoy a short camel ride. Aqua park, tennis, golf, table tennis — you could easily spend a lifetime here. Thank you for creating the vacation of a lifetime with the woman of my life...

The room was clean and very spacious, the gardens were beautiful, variety of food everyday, staff were amazing. Everything went smoothly thanks to the receptionist Ousama, who helped us with anything we needed and made our stay even better with his friendly and professional attitude. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back!
