We had an amazing holiday at this hotel and everything was just perfect! The place is beautiful, right by the sea with its own private beach and snorkeling spot — we went snorkeling almost every day and it was incredible. The hotel itself is very stylish and well kept, and the staff made us feel welcome and cared for from the very first day. Breakfasts were rich, varied, and delicious. There are many restaurants inside the hotel, but our favorite was Baywatch, where we also had our last dinner before leaving. One thing that really stood out was how the team handled our request for a romantic dinner. At first it seemed difficult to arrange because it needed special ingredients, but everyone worked so hard to make it happen. A huge thank you to Chef Ebrahim Fathi, Restaurant Manager A. Hamid, and the Reception team, especially Heba — they made our evening unforgettable. The seafood was amazing, with so many dishes we couldn’t even try them all! Another lovely surprise was the breakfast box the hotel prepared for us to take to the airport early in the morning. It was such a thoughtful detail and made us feel truly cared for. We’ve been to many hotels around the world, but this one really stands out for its hospitality and service. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt!

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was focused on guest satisfaction. I would like to thank the whole team for their warm hospitality. Special thanks to Tina from Guest Relations for arranging everything related to our honeymoon package, and to Mohamed and Ibrahim from the Baywatch bar for their kind and cheerful service and also Derwish from housekeeping. The hotel is located about 30 minutes south of Hurghada Airport, on the southern side of Makadi Bay, which is home to a stunning coral reef. Swimming directly from the beach is not possible because the shore is lined with shallow reef rock (with small natural pools here and there). However, from the pier you can easily access the reef, where you can snorkel among incredible corals and colorful fish. (We highly recommend bringing your own snorkeling gear — you can also buy it at the hotel shops, though it’s a bit more expensive. The hotel shops in general are very handy for most things you might need.) The sea itself is absolutely beautiful — pure serenity. Through the tour companies inside the hotel, we joined a diving trip right from the hotel pier, which was an amazing experience. We also took an excursion to Orange Bay, including snorkeling at two nearby coral reefs, and we can definitely recommend it. The buffet restaurants as well as the à la carte options offered a nice variety of food. We didn’t use the pools much since we preferred the sea, but in the evenings there were fun entertainment shows around the pool area. Finally, I recommend everyone who makes a reservation here to book their transfer from the airport to the hotel through booking.com. Uber or airport taxi drivers try to get the highest price they can and may change prices en route. On our way home, the taxi driver said he'd take us for $10, but on the way there he increased the fare to $15. On the way back, we covered the same distance for only 8 euros through booking.com.

I would rate this hotel 10/10 in every aspect. The location is stunning with breathtaking views and direct access to the beach. The facilities are immaculate, with beautiful pools, well-kept gardens, and plenty of relaxing spaces. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was superb, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were professional, friendly, and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Overall, this resort exceeded all expectations and provided an outstanding experience – I cannot recommend it highly enough.

It is one of the best hotels that I stayed in during the last years, the staff is very helpful, smiling and kind. The food was perfect and delicious. The hotel is very clean and have all needed facilities. Thanks a lot for the staff and the management of the hotel
