Kindly note that birth certificates need to be presented upon check-in for children accompanying guests. Egyptian couples should present a copy of marriage certificate up on check in.

One of the best hotel to stay with your kids 🙂 very good water park and for the evening amusement park. Food was really good - close to europe cuisine 🙂 good and helpful staff member.. highly recommend the hotel 🙂

I spent 5 nights here in May and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Mr Ahmed (Ihab), Assistant Front Office Manager, contacted us on arrival day to introduce himself and offer assistance if needed, which was a lovely personal touch. Throughout our stay he was always available, helping with queries and even arranging thoughtful surprises for my partner’s birthday. The resort itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. All staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. We were also very grateful to receive a complimentary room upgrade and an upgrade to Premium All Inclusive, which gave us access to an additional buffet restaurant. The food overall was excellent, with a huge variety and very good quality. Drinks selection was also impressive, with good quality alcoholic brands, draft beer, and plenty of soft drinks available. The pools and aqua park were great, and the evening fairground for children was a fantastic touch for families. The animation team were also brilliant and helped create a fun atmosphere throughout the holiday. We travel to Hurghada several times a year and have stayed in many hotels, and this is definitely one of our favourites. A special thank you again to Mr Ahmed for making our stay even more enjoyable.

5 pools between the 2 sisters hotel A great aquapark, the Luna Park in the evening À la carte restaurant to change from the buffet (Even if not so différent) Excellent snorkeling directly from the « ponton » Nice expérience with the upgrade !
