the level of service was outstanding. Even though i stayed at the Rivoli during almost all of Ramadan, all staff did their utmost to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Especially Tarik and Said did make sure that that i had always enough water and other amenities and kept my room spotless. At reception Beshara and his colleagues organised rides and taxis and were always most helpful, answering all queries and giving advice. I had several meals at the restaurant and can recommend it without reservation. Do try the mushroom soup, it is super tasty.
