We loved our stay at Pyramisa Hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful during our stay. Manager Sayed was absolutely great he took everything and always checked in with us. The location of the hotel is directly at the Red Sea, we spent a lot of time snorkelling at the hotel resort where we saw many of the red seas fish. There’s lots of entertainment and things to do at the resort if not planning on leaving. The drinks were amazing my wife’s favourite was the pinacoloda in a coconut. We would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, the beach was beautiful and clean, and the overall services were excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful throughout the stay. I would also like to give special thanks to the reception team. When they knew that we were on our honeymoon, they kindly upgraded our reservation from a Superior Pool View room to a Deluxe Pool and Side Sea View room, which made our experience even more special and memorable

Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Pyramisa. The staff were really hospitable and took real care of us. We found the food to be really pleasant. Especially the shawarma area. Hassan in the shawarma station is an excellent chef and always made us feel welcome. Old town sahl haseesh is also a close walk away which is a great place for food and just a nice stroll with family/friends.

Great hotel sadly was under huge construction process throughout my stay so not very relaxing
