Beautiful Resort, Clean Room and Excellent Staff. They’re willing to help every chance they get, friendly especially our Housekeeper Room 1201 and to name few Mostafa in Cocktail Bar. Momo for Entertainment & Manager Sayed El Zeny were wonderful. Thank you so much guys our 20th Anniversary was Spectacular🙏🏽🙌🏾

This is my second visit to pyramisa but this time the hotel is much much better than before. The staff is very very friendly they treat us as if we are one family. Mr. Maher at the reception is a great man I never met a decent man like him. Pyramisa is lucky to have a man like him. The Mexican restaurant and Mongolian restaurant are beyond expectations. The view is WOW the food is great and Mr. Akram is very generous and friendly. Mr Noby from Room service is an excellent guy. He did his job in an excellent way. Mr Sayed ElZeny is a real gentleman. He made our stay more amazing. Actually hotel location is great. Food is very delicious and variable. Beach is great. The sea is awesome to swim in. Rooms are very clean and modern. I strongly recommend Pyramisa to everyone

It was overall one of the best experiences I got i hurghada and special thanks to Mr Alsyed, who was very helpful and friendly and make everything for us during our stay. And my suite was fantastic as well
