The staff are exceptional They are very cooperative and we have received an upgrade because we had a birthday and we also had complementary services and birthday cake The best food that we have ever tried in any hotel in Egypt specially sea food, bakery and desserts Mr Khaled from guest relations provided the best experience any guest would ask for Very calm and peaceful place They clean every thing very throughly every day More than perfect for any adults looking to relax

The stay was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to Khaled from Guest Relations. From a complimentary room upgrade to early check-in and a late checkout, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. It genuinely felt like a personal concierge—no requests went unanswered. Mohammed and the entire front desk team were also outstanding: professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant staff were equally impressive—always courteous and respectful, and the food was both delicious and varied, with an abundance of choices to satisfy every taste. A special thanks as well to the housekeeping team, especially Mohammed and Rida, who ensured the room was immaculate throughout the stay. Their friendliness and dedication did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Premier, for such a memorable and seamless experience. Can't wait to return.

The hotel and grounds are well maintained. The main buffet restaurant was expansive without feeling like a canteen. There was a good gym. The staff at the beach bar were great.
