Excellent , extremely clean , hotel . Staff most helpful . Food varied and of a high standard . The only small negative is that the beach is a bit small .

The staff at this resort really are exceptional. They won’t let you want for anything here! They not only provide amazing service, but are fun, lovely people who make you feel happy and completely at ease. The animation team are a fun group and we really enjoyed the water gym and evening entertainment shows! The buffet food was very good and varied. The Golden Lounge was okay, but not amazing. However, the Golden Lounge staff were great and replaced the veal that I didn’t like to a steak without me asking, since they saw I hadn’t eaten much. Beware, the veal is veal schnitzel which I didn’t know beforehand which is why I didn’t like it. There is also self serve ice cream near the main stage every afternoon which we only discovered on our penultimate day which is definitely worth knowing about! The setup for the pools and beach are great, the lifeguards are happy to help move sunbeds where ever you like and so there is always a way to get a spot in the sun! There were always sunbeds available around the pools for the week we were there. The pools are huge and can’t imagine them ever being busy, however only the first one is heated, so that one gets busier. The non-heated ones are VERY COLD and are perhaps better in the middle of summer. There is also an indoor pool and spa, although we didn’t use this. Reception staff are awesome, always happy to help and Sayed was checking up via Whatsapp throughout our stay to make sure we were okay with everything. We managed to get a late checkout at 4pm because we had an evening flight, all free of charge. I also got ill during our stay with a stomach bug, and the staff were very accommodating, bringing a sick meal to our room and phoning to check in and offer a doctor or medication if I needed it. Note: I don’t know what made me ill, but given this is an all inclusive resort, I’d recommend washing your hands regularly, especially before meals!

All the staff are professional, proactive and friendly especially the manager Sayed Ibrahim who provided 5 stars service! He sent a welcome message and all the details of the hotel before we check in and follow up all the time! He booked every program for me and showed me how to use the hotel’s APP.The room is modern, the food is excellent especially the golden lounge restaurant! Many facilities, dancing and yoga class , night shows, you would never be bored inside the resort! Highly recommend!!

Great place. We stayed there for 3 days at the end of our four weeks in Egypt. It could not have been better to recharge the batteries. Food was good and there were plenty of varieties (from a vegetarian point of view), friendly staff and the place itself is just great. It has one heated indoor pool (the sound of the water pouring down in the pool was magic for a midday nap), and outside I think 3 or 4 pools (one is heated as well). A small gym to get your workout done. Also the beach side was ok. There were plenty of people, but it didn't feel crowded, which was nice. They were super nice to upgrade our room for free and on the last day we could use all the facilities past the check out time, as our flight was in the evening. Many thanks for that!
