Very clean everywhere: rooms, pools, restaurants, and reception Although the hotel was nearly full, it didn’t feel crowded (except at the beach) Many pools and restaurants help spread out the guests Good food quality overall — breakfast was amazing, pastries were outstanding (special thanks to Chef Salah at Culina) Snacks, especially grilled items, were delicious Restaurant staff cleaned tables fast — no waiting Housekeeping was excellent and very caring (room 4221, 4223, 4227) Lifeguards at pools and aquapark were active and attentive Beach is within walking distance, and the shuttle is very efficient My mom got sick and the reception was very caring and considerate and offered every possible help

The pool is very nice, food also is nice you can try different dishes and cousins, we also got upgraded for pool view room for free Also, for your stay, you are eligible for one fine dining dinner, which was very nice

Great place for the family with young children to enjoy all the facilities (and there is lots of them) + variety of food for all.
