Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently spent a wonderful holiday at this hotel and I’m truly impressed by the overall experience. The conditions of the hotel were excellent – clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The pool area was relaxing and spacious, perfect for both adults and children. The sea is just a few steps away, crystal-clear and peaceful – ideal for swimming and enjoying the sun.corals,coloured fishes under your feets The room was comfortable (No.365), and we really appreciated the extra bed, which was just as comfortable as the others. Everything was arranged with great care. What made our stay truly special was the respectful and professional staff. I would like to thank Mr.Amir Hegazy, Assistant Front Office Manager, for his kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Also, a big thank you to: Younis Ahmed, the bartender, for his excellent drinks and friendly attitude and his patience with all guests, Islam Ahmed, for his attentive and courteous service, Yousef Abdel Mordy, for always being polite and helpful during meals. We felt welcomed and well taken care of every single day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you again for everything! We hope to come back soon.

I want to give a special shout-out to Mohamed Sabry, the supervisor at the reception, who had a wonderfully friendly attitude and even upgraded my room to a bungalow. He was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I also want to highlight Marawan, the bus shuttle driver, for his friendly attitude specially with my kid, as well as Mohamed from room service, who took great care of my room (556), keeping it spotless and meeting all my needs, i would like to highlight Mohamed Hamdy, the beach bartender for his great service and friendly attitude, finally all cleaners and waiters were very hard working and they made sure all my needs adressed in a proper timing.

We love Pharaoh Azur and have been many times, the food has improved a great deal as has the entertainment although the majority of animation team only engage with Russian / German guests and do not really bother with British. Was very impressed with the acts at night though, especially the synchronised swimmers/circus nights. Special thanks to Aiman in the Italian restaurant who goes out his way to make sure everything is perfect! Also, Mohammed at the pool who looked after us very well.
