Everything was perfect. All the staff were very smiling and helpful. The staff in the restaurant, bars, beach everywhere they are very polite and decent. The food tastes so good and very clean.

Love this hotel and the staff, it is our second home. This was my 9th visit, going back in October. The staff are always willing to help, and the food is delicious , as is the beer. The service is excellent. Animation is not my thing, but they work hard at keeping people entertained, everywhere is immaculately clean, and the gardens are kept to perfection. The toilets are also immaculately clean. We can't wait to come back.Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful again and for many times to come, we hope

Nice hotel, good value for money, tasty food, comfortable rooms, nice beach and clean sea, good swimming pools, clean hotel area, fantastic location (promenade, cafes, rent a club car service, etc., can see all the bay and sunken city), great Wi-Fi all over the place

Lovely resort in a great location. The resort is so close to the beach too. The room and balcony were nice and clean. The food was not great at all! The food ordered from the pool bar arrived cold which meant that we couldn’t eat some of it. The chicken was cold and chewy. A few of the staff were being pedantic about the towel cards and were rude when we were checking out. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Abd Elhakim. His service was excellent and we will miss him very much. The evening entertainment was good and it felt a little like everyone was part of a big family. The beach and basically every corner of the hotel is exceptionally clean. The food, especially the salads, was better than in almost all of the other hotels we have been to, including way more expensive hotels in Austria.
