It’s truly a wonderful place with an amazing, friendly team. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. A special thanks goes to Ms. Georget at Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Whatever we needed—be it recommendations, special arrangements, or last-minute requests—she was always there with a smile, ready to help. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a big difference in our experience.Which shows her dedication and passion for guest satisfaction. We would also like to thank Mr. Bahaa Eldin at the reception for his great assistance in arranging the exact rooms we wanted. Everything was fantastic, with just a few minor points that could be improved. Nothing in life is truly perfect, so I’d confidently rate him a solid 9 out of 10 – a super experience overall.
