Comfortable Triple Room with Sea and Pool View – Great Staff & Stay Reception: Salama and Sobhy at reception were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. From the moment we arrived, our bags were taken, welcome drinks were offered, and check-in was handled quickly and professionally. The room was ready within minutes, and the reception staff were always friendly and efficient. Room: The room was spacious enough for three adults, with three proper beds and comfortable mattresses. The bathroom was very clean, modern, and equipped with a bidet. The air conditioning worked perfectly – even with 38°C outside, the room stayed cool at around 23°C. Water Pressure: Generally good, though it could have been slightly stronger during peak times. View: We booked a room with a pool and sea view. While the sea wasn’t directly in front of us, we could still see it from the second floor on the horizon. The pool view was very nice. Higher floors may offer better sea views. Housekeeping: Mohamed Ali, our housekeeper, was kind, honest, and extremely talented. The room was spotless every day, and he surprised us with creative towel animals that added joy to our stay. Linens and towels were always fresh. Buffet (All-Inclusive): The food was decent and focused on variety. Hygiene standards were clearly a priority. Each day offered a different theme for the meals, although seafood options were quite limited. Most juices were artificial, but fresh ones could be ordered at extra cost. Restaurant staff, especially Hussein Salah, were very professional and welcoming. Beach: The beach was clean and sandy but often crowded during this season. The hotel needs to better enforce its towel policy (removing towels from unused chairs after 1 hour). That said, the beach lifeguards and housekeeping team were friendly and professional. Other Notes: The mini-bar was restocked regularly. Evening entertainment was fun, though a little repetitive.

The sea is so clear and we love the help from Tatiana and Melanie from guest relation manager. They are so nice and warm to us. It’s a good stay and I’m pretty sure I will come back.

The room was clean and the room service was cleaning it everyday, the animation team was impressive, and the reception was quickly and cooperating with requests.
