Everything was good. There were 3 pools so it was not too crowded when we wanted to swim. The all-inclusive package is a real all-inclusive one. The staff was great. The buffet was good. The entertainment every night was excellent.

The area, the green spaces, the atmosphere, cleanliness — everything was perfect. All in all, a perfect experience. The only downside was that the main restaurant gets completely overcrowded in the evenings during dinner time. You have to queue just to get into the restaurant, and once inside, it takes a long time to wait in line for the buffet. I stood in line for 20 minutes just to reach the p asta/spaghetti chef who prepares the food. There was a lot of noise in the restaurant and it was packed with people — there are more guests than the restaurant can actually accommodate, which results in loud noise and chaos. It's hard to enjoy your meal and eat in peace. The waiters do their best to meet the guests' needs, but it’s almost impossible with so many people in the restaurant. The food tasted very good — the chefs are skilled and professional. The beach is beautiful with stunning coral reefs. The quiet pool area is lovely. The other pool, the activity pool, is full of swimming guests, so it’s rarely possible to find available sun loungers.

The most thing I liked about the property is The Intergrated Clinic at the resort . We arrived on the 15th night time. On the 16th at lunch time by the pool side my 6 years old grand daughter choked with a hot dog. After several attempts of first aid by other people who were also at the pool side, a waiter who was serving at the pool site picked the baby and rushed her to the clinic. Baby was gasping for breath , she stopped breathing . She was attended to by the resident , within a few minutes Dr Hedra Sevo Dawod and 2 other Doctors came in. He started CPR, after a full cycle , baby was intubated. They immediately rushed baby to the ambulance that was on standby. To cut the long story short, whilst in the ambulance the obstruction came out, baby gained conscious , she was extubated. When we arrived at the hospital baby was stable , breathing normal, talking. If it was not for the promptness of the Intergrated Clinic Staff, my grandchild would have not made it. I can never thank them enough. I was at the right place, at the right time, with the right people. I will never forget this day! My grandchild took her last breath in my hands. We had a happy ending, in the evening we were back to the hotel from the Hospital. Our holiday continued as normal, the Hotel personnel and Intergrated clinic staff met with us the following day, gave the girl a beautiful bunch of followers and a card.
