Everything! We had an amazing time with my 2yo son. Special mention to John who was very kind and helpful. The staff was amazing and sweet. I will for sure come back! The food was delicious and very diverse. Everything was easy - and I was traveling alone with a toddler.

This is a wonderful hotel where everything is perfect. Stylish, spacious and clean rooms, very beautiful green area, wonderful service, delicious and varied food, interesting evening show program, as well as live music almost every evening at dinner. We had a vacation in March and the sea was still quite cold, so it's very good that there is a heated pool. There is also a beautiful spa where you can have a great time. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff, it was thanks to them that our vacation was perfect. I would especially like to thank the reception staff for their care, attention and professionalism. We've been to many 5-star hotels in Hurghada, but this one is now our favorite. We definitely recommend it to anyone who appreciates a high level of service.
