The room was clean/well equipped and appreciated comfortable bed / good view /quiet environment. , etc Pool , returant , WiFi was well maintained , location was convenient, recommended for couples , families, and hospitality . Very clean and in a new setting. Lots of sun bed availability at the beginning of the stay. Some very attentive genuine staff including Massamouda (front desk) and Ahmed in the buffet.

The hotel is very clean and modern. We highly recommend the swim-up rooms — we absolutely loved ours. The room was spotless and well-maintained; the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the Arabian restaurant and the bar near the main restaurant. Drinks were served not only around the pools but also directly to the swim-up suites, which we really enjoyed. The food at the main restaurant was average, so we suggest making reservations at the à la carte restaurants. We particularly liked the pizza and pasta served at the Italian restaurant during lunch. Special thanks to Mrs.Mazni Massaouda, who was always ready to help if we had special requests or questions. She does an amazing job!

Really it was the best experience and best hotel ever we've stayed in it . First of all Miss Masouda is so friendly and helpful and all the stuff were very helpful and always smiling and try their best to make the guest happy and anything we asked for they do it very quickly. The room was amazing , the pools were more than amazing , food was yummy and alot of different types of food in the restaurant , aqua park was amazing the kids enjoyed in it , and the hotel is very clean everywhere , really the experience was amazing and we looking forward to go again . Thanks Ms. Masouda and all stuff for your great effort to make our vacation superb and unforgettable ❤️
