Hotel offers a real all inclusive experience in sense that you really don’t need to leave the hotel for anything. There were many a la carte restaurants which were included in all inclusive formula - this is really nice. Aqua parks and the slides are great and you don’t need to wait for long - it is amusing even for adults. Staff is also very nice in general and professional, especially the cleaning staff.

one of the best hotels we've been to with a kid! incredibly clean! we were especially impressed by the children's programs and the kindness and attention of the staff! we received help with everything, they paid great attention to all our requests! the Japanese cuisine was our favorite, as were the staffs and the chef!

Ayman from rooms division really made my holiday complete, everything was perfect and all the staff made me and my family feel extremely welcome and comfortable. the food was amazing too and the facilities was perfect for our child.
