Everything is beyond the realm of possibility. Really it was happy and exciting trip, my family had fun and the games were varied and very safe. The beach is exceptional (specially in Hurghada) The buffet is constantly varied and I always find a lot of things that I love and that taste great. Cleanliness everywhere and high service to satisfy the customer no matter the circumstances. I want to thank all the stuff 🙏 😍💐 everyone THANKS ALOT. For me, I rate the resort and stuff more than 5 stars.

Long Beach Hotel – A Truly Balanced Experience This is our third time visiting Long Beach Hotel — and there are many reasons why we keep coming back. What makes this place special is its rare ability to strike a perfect balance: it’s both family-friendly and great for adults seeking a relaxing escape. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Mohamed Hassan and the entire hotel staff for their exceptional hospitality. Special appreciation goes to Mahmoud at the reception, and Ebram, Ihab, and Hamdy at the main bar and Ali from room service— your warmth made a difference. Also, many thanks to Ala’a and Bahaa and the whole team at the Cascade area for their consistent kindness, attention to detail, and top-tier service, especially towards Booking.com guests — always professional, never selective. No matter your mood or who you’re traveling with, you’ll find something to enjoy. Kids will be happy, and so will the adults — which honestly makes it hard to believe this is a 4-star hotel. It truly feels like five. The variety of restaurants, including adult-only dining areas, thoughtful kids’ meals, and special spots like the Indian and Mexican outlets in the Cascade zone, adds to the richness of the stay. Across rooms, bars, and restaurants, the generosity and attentiveness in hospitality really stand out.

I’ve been visiting Hurghada Long Beach for years now, and every time feels better than the last. This stay was especially memorable thanks to the incredible hospitality and ongoing improvements across the resort. First, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Mohamed Hassan, who has become more than just a staff member—he’s a close friend I’ve known for over four years. His dedication, warmth, and consistent support always make my visits feel personal and truly enjoyable. Special thanks also go to: Mr. Mohamed Reda and Mr. Mohamed Ali for their exceptional professionalism and friendly service. Mr. Hani, the General Manager, whose leadership is evident in the impressive transformations the hotel has undergone in under two years. The new constructions and upgraded facilities are remarkable and have elevated the overall experience. From the Cascades area, with its excellent amenities and vibrant atmosphere, to the beach, restaurants, rooms, room service, and bars, every part of the resort was spotless, efficient, and welcoming. I’d also like to recognize Shehata from room service for taking great care of the room throughout my stay. Whether it’s the food, the service, the entertainment, or the general vibe, everything was top-notch. I felt welcomed, valued, and relaxed—exactly what a vacation should be.

For the fourth year in a row, it was truly an amazing trip! Firstly, a big and special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Hassan, Room Division Manager 🌹🌹, for his exceptional efforts in making our stay fantastic and for his warm hospitality. He selected a new room for us, which we really loved. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is amazing, and all the staff members are cooperative and friendly. We spent five wonderful days, each filled with activities from morning until midnight. The hotel has such a lively and energetic atmosphere. The animation team was especially entertaining, helping guests enjoy every moment — from beach exercises in the morning to pool games in the afternoon. Special thanks to Mr. Kareem for his enthusiasm and great energy! The parties held daily — whether at the pool, the beach, or the new Cascade area — were simply marvelous. The foam party was so much fun, and the oriental show at Cascade was outstanding, featuring a talented belly dancer and an impressive Tanoura performance. The oriental music added an authentic and enjoyable touch to the evenings. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, offering a wide variety of food at all three meals, in addition to delicious snacks available at the beach and pool bars. The restaurant staff were extremely accommodating, especially Mr. Abdullah Ali, our usual host, who truly impressed us with his hospitality and kindness. The Kids Club was also a highlight — it’s a fun and engaging place for children. The team there is lovely and does their best to make every child’s day enjoyable. Special thanks to Lina and Darina, who were so kind and caring. My daughter absolutely loved them and kept asking to go back and spend more time with them. Finally, a special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Sabr for his kind follow-up call to ensure we were receiving the level of hospitality expected. His friendly and professional attitude was much appreciated.
