This is my third time at Gravity Sahl Hasheesh, and I can confidently say it won't be my last! Everything has been exceptional, thanks to Mr. Alaa Ashour. A simple "thank you" isn't enough; he made our visit incredibly easy and enjoyable, showing professionalism and genuine care for us. We truly felt at home. Many thanks to Mr. Alaa! Mr. Khaled in the restaurant was also very welcoming. Overall, the service at the resort is exceptional. The food, pools, and animation team are great. The sea swimming area is crystal clear, and our room was superb. I highly recommend this resort to everyone! ❤️

I loved the facilities and especially customer service I received from Angie daily on whats app was amazing always checking what food options i would like to be booked in for, if my room service may need anything extra if I'm not in and any thing else I may need can't stress enough how helpfully this was and the best part is any requirements I had was always handled so thanks Angie for making this holiday greater than it already was!

From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was exceptional! The staff, food, amenities, and facilities were amazing. The location and the room we stayed in were also quite exceptional. Thank you so much for making this holiday unforgettable and also special thanks to Mr. Salah from GR, thank you so much for all your help 😊 and we're definitely coming here again! Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an amazing break for themselves and their families.

Mostly we liked personel. Housekeeping made a fabulous job every single day in our room. Huge bonus was the towel art that the housekeeper made for our child, it made him so happy ❤️ Also personel at the restaurants. They noticed children in a wonderful way every single day. And big thank you to Angie (guest relation manager) who made our vacation at Gravity easy as possible and made sure that we had all we needed.
