A heartfelt thank you to every single person at the Grand Palace Hurghada. From the very first moment, your kindness and attention made our stay for our honeymoon unforgettable. The way you welcomed us, the smiles, the care ... everything was perfect. During our last two days, after my unfortunate accident in the safari, you went above and beyond to take care of me and my husband. Your support, empathy, and professionalism touched our hearts deeply. We truly felt like family. A big thank you to Mr. Mohamed, the person in charge of the booking and to everyone at the restaurant, everyone at the reception, everyone, everyone, everyone. You all made us feel truly special. Beautiful spacious well set out. Comfortable beds, nice aircon, great food, friendly staff- our housekeeper was great. Also liked the resident cats that “patrolled” the grounds at night and their main carer (a groundskeeper) was lovely man. Plenty of water suppled as the weather was hot. Lots of choice of where to eat.

The atmosphere is very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to Mr. Eslam at the reception for his kind and helpful attitude.

It was our second stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect for us - beautiful hotel area, beautiful room with a breathtaking view, excellent cleaning service, comfortable bed, delicious food. We really appreciate the possibility of a late dinner at this hotel, we always use it after excursions in Hurghada. Definitely do not miss a visit to Vienna cafe with excellent desserts, beautiful view and pleasant service. We would like to thank Ahmed from the reception and Ricardo from the bar for their care.
