Receptionist Amr has always been exceptionally helpful and professional truly a great asset to the front desk team. We’ve also always admired the programs offered at Giftun; the nightly entertainment is outstanding and unmatched. It really gave us the full vacation experience we didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel at all. Between the beach, the pool, and the excellent amenities, everything we needed was right here. We will definitely be coming back again!
