Mr Mohamed abdelghany is so nice and helpful and we had a great experience with all the staff in the hotel. The rooms were cleaned so well and Medhat was our house keeping great guy food amazing and pools warm.

It was our first all-inclusive experience, and we were truly impressed. The resort itself is beautiful – simply being there and walking around was a pleasure. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in the architecture, which clearly reflects the thoughtful work of the designers. When it comes to dining, we enjoyed the variety of restaurants, particularly for dinner. The options for breakfast and lunch were more limited, but still perfectly sufficient for our week-long stay. There is also one restaurant available at an additional cost, although we did not try it. Thanks to the spacious layout of the resort, it was always easy to find a quiet spot on the beach without feeling crowded. While swimming in the sea was somewhat limited due to waves and rocks, we still had the chance to see some beautiful fish, which made it worthwhile. The gym met all our expectations, and we also appreciated the wide range of daily activities, including concerts, shows, and parties. Throughout our stay, we felt very safe and well taken care of. There are plenty of additional paid activities on offer, which are promoted quite actively, which might feel a bit annoying sometimes. However, it is possible to place a “Do Not Disturb” sign on your beach spot. It’s also worth noting that some activities, such as diving, may be more affordable in Hurghada – even when factoring in transportation – so it’s a good idea to compare options. Finally, a special thank you goes to Mohamed Abdelghany from the Reception Team, who was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our stay.
