From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every team member we encountered — from the front desk to housekeeping — was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They greeted us with warm smiles and were always available whenever we needed anything. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but what really set it apart was the people. We left feeling genuinely cared for and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We arrived in off peak season. The reception gave us an upgrade to the royal suite. One of the staff nicknamed 杜飞can speak Chinese and offer to add me on instant messaging apps so that i could reach out to him in time. We had a really wonderful stay here. staff have been very helpful and friendly and food is yummy. All you can eat buffet is wonderful!

Top quality. Stunning architecture. Everything beautifully built with stone. Fish right at your feet as soon as you go into the water, right at the beach. Turquoise water. Friendly and professional staff, helping and tending to your every need. Incredible view from the room. Wonderful scenery everywhere you look. Loved it! Definitely coming back!

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were truly impressed by the warm hospitality and excellent service. A special thanks for upgrading our room from a standard room to a beautiful pool-up room – it made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable.
