Our stay at Pickalbatros Citadel Resort was simply unforgettable. The sea view is breathtaking one of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. The entire resort is spotless, everything is clean and well taken care of. Food was excellent with generous portions and a huge variety of dishes that suit all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Ramadan Nasrallah, who made breakfast extra special every day with his cheerful energy, singing, and constant smile. One of the most touching moments was on July 17th, when the hotel surprised my daughter with a birthday cake and a lovely note in her room. Later that evening, they prepared a special table decorated with flowers just for us, and the staff brought out another cake while singing and drumming – it was such a beautiful moment. But the surprises didn’t stop there during the entertainment show, the animation team gave her a birthday shout-out in front of all the guests with music and dancing. She was overjoyed! And as if all that wasn’t enough we were lucky to see dolphins come close to the swimmers three days in a row! It was magical and made the experience even more unforgettable. This resort truly has it all stunning views, great food, amazing staff, and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

The location is amazing, with good access to pool and beach. The food is excellent with different restaurants offering variety and options for food cuisines. The staff is friendly, helpful and the animation team make the whole experience more fun.

The site have beautiful views and multiple restaurants.. the hotel is very wide and enjoyable.. the room was good .. the restaurant rocks lounge was excellent at everything food.. wine ..services .. the snacks was delicious and the service of the staff who serve the drinks was perfect everywhere

-The scenes were fantastic everywhere in the resort. -Restaurants had a great variety and the food quality was good but not distinguished -The resort is huge with many restaurants and many spaces to enjoy -The customer service was great, especially Mr Mohammed El-Maghraby. -The sea was enjoyable, for both swimming and snorkelling, we even saw two dolphins. -The parking was nice, with canopies.
