We spent a delighful week at Heiko's apartment. It is a very well equipped place. You have everything (kitchen appliances, bathroom accessories, towels etc.) that you need for your stay. The terrace ia a miracle. Almost as big as the apartment itself, with a cosy place to chill and also cooking place (gas stove and sink alao washingmachine) outside. The location of the apartment is 10/10. Tge beach in front ia a free beach. Plenty of space dor water sport enthusiasts. The water is shallow in the first 5-600m and then it gets deeper. More or less it is a sandy beach with a couple of reefs on the southern side. Wind was perfect in the end of January. We had 6/7 days of wind during our stay. For foiling you have to walk (low tide) or bodydrag (high tide) some minutes to reach sufficient waterdepth for starting but other than that it is a really safe play to kite and foil. Also worth to mention that in the building next to the apartment there is a kite school where storage is really convenient. Heiko was really nice to us. He showed us around and give us a ride from the airport and back. He showed us the groceries and restaurants nearby when he picked us up at the airport. From the location everything is reachable with easy by uber at a really low price. So all in all it is 100% recommended and we will visit again for sure!

The hosts Jana and Heiko are the kindest friendliest people I have ever met as hosts. Their willingness to help you have a relaxing holiday is fantastic. In fact although this was our 1st stay here, one week in we decided to book for next year ! We didn't want to miss the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you so much Jana and Heiko, see you in 12 months time!

Beautiful and comfortable place. Good equipt, quiet for a good relaxing. Very clean. Good place for kitesurfing. Great and warm owner. Helpful always. This is place to come back.
