Very nice hotel with nice facilities. The staff is amazing and offer personal service to everyone. Everybody always smiles at you. There is always a new activity or show each night, that is really nice! If you ask for anything, you will get it. Great cocktails though - everything you need are at the hotel.

The food was fantastic, breakfast, lunch and dinner was always tasty, i stayed for 7 nights and i found the food to be consistent each day, there was also a wide range of foods to chose from. The house keeping staff were truly amazing, especially Mahmoud! He Always made sure our room was spotless and always had a smile on his face! Khaled at the Rose restaurant was a great host! The Spa facilities were decent and the swimming pools and slides were all of a good size and always kept clean. Our room had a view of the pool and of the ocean which was very nice, the room was very spacious and modern. Omar the guests relation manager was always very helpful! he accommodated several short notice requests.

The beach and pool were clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful . Also, I liked the food there, and the room was clean and comfy Lovely place for a family holiday.
