The location is perfect, very central, lose to the beach and all the restaurants in the area . Rooms are above the pub but it was very quiet

Room was the very nice .. bed was great and very comfortable... staff were lovely and friendly. They also offer a very good breakfast..

The staff we're very friendly and the lady that takes care of the breakfast dining was so cheerful and bubbly that puts you in a good mood for the start of the day ☺️ Breakfast was nice and filling with continental being included. They held on to our bag also as we came by bus and we appreciated that greatly. The location was fantastic I don't think you could get better and it honestly was quite a quiet stay, the pub closes at 9.30 which I really like as we have a child. The room had biscuits and teas,coffees, sugar,milk and sweetener which I thought was a nice touch. Check out is at 11 which I liked no rushing around to get out gave me time to strip the beds which I always like to do to help the cleaners. We will definitely stay here again location reasonable price for a family and 2.nights in the summer holidays and friendly staff made that decision easy.

Absolutely lovely rooms, and restaurant/bar. Staff were so welcoming and went an extra mile to help. Rooms were so lovely and spacious with lots of extras added! Thank you all so much.
