Excellent location for using the Coastliner service to get to birdwatching sites on the North Norfolk coast - the flat is 200 yards from the bus station. Having a washing machine available was very handy as it reduced the amount of clothing I needed to bring via public transport. The kitchen facilities were good, and the shower was easy to use. Have booked to visit again in March!.

The flat is quite spacious for a 1 bedroom property and the layout was good plus it had parking which is always a bonus and just a stones throw away from all amenities and watching the sun set over the sea from the living room window was great. If you want a holiday with a sea view and reasonable price this is the place to book, i would definitely book this flat again for a holiday.
