Spotlessly clean, very spacious upstairs apartment in gorgeous old vicarage and nicely furnished/decorated (has been updated since booking.com photos). Cosy with effective heating (we were there in February), good WIFI, comfortable beds, and away from roads, so very peaceful. Stunning views of church and garden/countryside from every window. Small but well equipped kitchen with quality appliances. Huge living/dining room. 2 large bedrooms, 2nd one has a double and single bed. Lovely big bath in the bathroom.Took us about 10 minutes to walk to the lovely Old Hunstanton beach and there are a couple of places to eat in Old Hunstanton.. Incredible value for such a spacious place in beautiful surroundings.

A very clean and comfortable property, a perfect place to unplug in natural beauty. The location is brilliant as it’s only a five minute drive to the seafront. looking forward to staying again.

Very nicely done property with a very high spec kitchen and lots of space - it felt elegant and more luxurious than the price we paid would suggest. Very peaceful and pretty location too. I hope to be back!
