Beautiful accommodation, clean, tidy and well maintained. Private parking at the rear of the property is a huge bonus. Great location for town and sea front. We have stayed twice now and would certainly stay here again.

It was bright, clean, comfortable, warm. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Everything felt fresh and was well thought out. Good communication with owners who were very accommodating. We like having instructions for appliances when we needed to know symbols on the oven. The information leaflets left were a nice touch and prompted our visit to Kings Lynn on the bus - a good day out. Lovely to have a dedicated parking space.

Everything. It was lovely, comfortable, clean, cosy, close to town and beach. It had all amenities, even a washing machine and tumble dryer. Excellent host.
