This hotel was perfect in every way. It is in a classic ? Viet style - elegant and tasteful. Breakfast was plentiful and all staff whether at reception., breakfast or cleaning were helpful and courteous. Mr. Van Dlic was particularly helpful to me in suggesting and arranging transport from Hue to Hoi An. The hotels location is perfect - it is far enough away from the noisy tourist area, but within 5-10 min walking distance if that's what you want. It's useful to note that if you turn right out of the hotel and walk to the main crossroads, there is. Shopping mall which has a very good supermarket. Would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

Very grand entrance and very good location. The staff were very helpful and exceptional. especially VAN DUC who kept providing us with great information and helped us with the laggage few times.

Truly 5 Star experience. Wonderful staff, very good breakfast, big pool, towels, big rooms. We got even upgraded. Van Duc does a wonderful job with the guests. Fantastic stay.

Very good location, hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Reception and porter staff very helpful, breakfast was great with plenty of options, day spa was good, rooms are nice and pool was lovely.
