Sandra “A real boutique hotel experience in Hue”

This is a beautifully decorated boutique hotel with equally charming staff. Welcoming and sophisticated lobby area. I stayed two nights and would have happily stayed longer in the double room with a roll top bath which is just as pictured. Clean spacious room with all the amenities included in the shower area plus robes. Quality linen on bed and the mattress is softer than most places I stayed in Vietnam. Easy check in process and hotel communicated with me as soon as they got the booking so were expecting me. Hotel accepts bank cards. Any requests to hotel staff were dealt with promptly and with a smile e.g. where to eat locally. Efficient on site laundry service. I used the onsite sauna which was highly welcome after a day out visiting the sites. It is located on a quiet street close to the river (about 5 minute walk) and about 15 minutes walk from Walking Street. Whilst there are some niggles, I would still highly recommend and would stay here again if in Hue.

The staff were really nice and welcoming. We quite arrived late in the night but there was still someone to greet us. Although the rooms were small, I found them to be comfortable and well thought out. The location was good too!

Truly wonderful. Such a comfortable and stylish room. It was as lovely as the website photos suggested. The front courtyard smelt of gardenia (or some other gorgeous scent) A haven from the chaos.
