The staff were really nice and welcoming. We quite arrived late in the night but there was still someone to greet us. Although the rooms were small, I found them to be comfortable and well thought out. The location was good too!

Truly wonderful. Such a comfortable and stylish room. It was as lovely as the website photos suggested. The front courtyard smelt of gardenia (or some other gorgeous scent) A haven from the chaos.

Lovely boutique hotel, staff were friendly and the rooms were exactly as pictured. Large comfy bed and great shower. We would recommend the Chum Boutique to anyone travelling to Hue.
