Lucy is amazing. I had a dental emergency and she was very kind and compassionate The property is a little away from the centre, but that is reflected in the price. I enjoyed being in an authentic neighbourhood and felt very safe. The ladies down the street make such good noodle soup! There is lots of hot water and good water pressure. The beds are comfortable and it's clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely spacious clean room, very comfortable bed, a hanging space for clothes, a mini fridge, excellent location just 5 minutes walk from Walking Street, and friendly helpful staff. I would definitely come back if I'm in Huế again.

Massive room, quiet location, very clean, bed was the most comfortable we've slept in for ages. Staff are friendly and helpful. You need to walk about 5 - 10 minutes to where all the cafes and bars are, but it is an easy and safe walk across the local bridge. The citadel is about 25 minutes walk away, and if you buy a combo ticket it includes entry to up to three mausoleums over two days (the hotel can sort out transport at a good rate). I'd stay here again - it's a much better option than hotels right in the centre which will be much noisier.
