The whole experience was a step above 5 star. From the moment we walked in and were lucky enough to be upgraded to a pool villa room, right through until when we left. Breakfast, service, dinner- all was first class. There is nothing I can fault. Obviously it’s not the cheapest place to dine etc, but worth spending the extra. It was a very special night for us as a couple and we will never forget it. Thank you to all the staff and Claudia for giving us such a memorable night!! One more thing to add, it doesn’t matter what room you get, the resort and facilities are beautiful 😍 You should never be disappointed booking this place!!

Beautiful setting and accommodation, grounds were well cared for and the pools were lovely. The staff were amazing especially Thanh who made our stay very special always on hand to help, she went above and beyond even helping us change our flights.

This was honestly the best hotel/resort I have stayed in worldwide. The level of care and attention they give customers is outstanding. Before we even arrived Thanh Nguyen , the guest relations manger , sent me a WhatsApp finding out our arrival time and if there is anything she can do to help. She also helped to arrange a same day cooking class for us to pass away a rainy day. On arrival we were taken straight to our room and given a short tour of the resort. The amenities are fantastic and the pool area is luxurious and relaxing - it even has a swim up bar. The onsite restaurant serves some amazing food. I especially reckoned the Cha Ca local fish. The service in the restaurant is second to none. One particular server who stands out is Phuong Lien who also took our cooking class. She is highly attentive and very friendly. She really made us feel special during our stay. The resort also has a wonderful spa. The treatments here were some of the best I have had and the surroundings are serene. The resort also has a well equipped gym and yoga retreat.

Everything The staff were really lovely and helpful Pool swim up bar was fun Yoga and tai chi classes in the Morning were a lovely experience Didn’t get time to try the spa or sauna but it looks Ed good It was such an oasis away from the noise of the street We got a free upgrade on our room as well
