We were completely blown away by the hotel when we arrived. The service at check-in was excellent. We got there early and went on a sightseeing tour; when the room was ready on Friday, we immediately received a text message and were able to go to our room. The breakfast was truly outstanding and unlike anything else! The selection was huge. See the photos! I also left something in the room, and they’re sending it to me in Da Nang via express delivery! That’s exceptional service too!
