Lily, the receptionist, is very welcoming and speaks excellent English (et un peu français aussi). When I arrived, she took the time to explain the city's points of interest to me. She let me leave my bag at the reception desk all day after check-out and even lent me a towel so I could take another shower at 6 p.m. before leaving. This is the best hotel service I've seen. Thank you, Lily.

The hotel’s best features are its location and staff. It’s conveniently close to bars and restaurants, and they offer a small restaurant where you can order breakfast. At only 90k VND for a dorm bed, it's both affordable and well-situated. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—offering great local tips and assisting me in booking tours. I joined the city tour, DMZ tour, and Phong Nha cave tour, which were the highlights of my stay. Highly recommended for the attentive service and overall convenience!
