This Hotel is perfectly located in the City of Hue.The rooms while a little dated are well laid out and kept very clean. The rooftop pool is a refreshing oasis after a day of sightseeing .Breakfast is excellent with plenty of options .. but the best thing about this hotel is the staff .. they go above and beyond and everything is done with a smile . Overall a great experience !

The location was perfect, in a quiet street but just close to all restaurants. The personal was very kind, they helped us in our transfer to Hoi An, but the most positive part was that, although the check in was at 14 pm, we arrived very early in the morning from our previous location and they gave us our room (since it was ready) without any charge.

We We really enjoyed our stay at the Jade Hotel. It's a new hotel, with spacious and clean rooms, and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. It's located in an alley, but don't be put off by this; the parallel streets are bustling with life, especially at night. The citadel, market, etc., are a 15-minute walk away. And the terrace with the pool is a must. I definitely recommend it. very

Excellent service, nothing was too difficult for staff. Daily cleaning of room was excellent. The bed was comfortable, reliable lift, large tv in room and wifi was very good. The rooftop garden and pool was well maintained. Central but quiet location.
