Very attentive staff from the get go and helpful with trying to provide us information about the area. Both of us were given a fantastic banana smoothie on arrival and a very spacious upgraded king room. We were very impressed with this place!

A lovely hotel in a quiet street close by to Walking Street and the Perfume River and there is a good choice of restaurants in walking distance. The Imperial Palace and Dong Ba market are a short taxi ride away. The staff were lovely and helpful and also the manager was very friendly. We booked a superior twin bed and superior double room with breakfast which was very good value. The breakfast was adequate with a good choice. We also liked how environmentally conscious this hotel was with hand towels instead of paper towels/ waste sorting! The hotel were able to assist us in organising our transfer from our Hotel in Hoi An and schedule in some sightseeing spots along the way. Our car driver was very nice and informative and gave us great suggestions for eats. Hotel was also able to organise our airport transfer to Da Nang airport on the day we departed.

A lovely hotel in a good location with very friendly staff. Breakfast was sufficient to start the day; we were completely satisfied.
