We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, and the pool was not only clean but also had a lovely temperature that made it so enjoyable. The bar staff went above and beyond in helping us find the best seats to really take in the atmosphere and enjoy the fans. The hotel itself was very well-kept and spotless. I genuinely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Great hotel in a nice location. The surrounding streets weren’t too busy, and a short walk to good restaurants and a short (cheap) taxi ride to the citadel. Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly.

The property had a lovely relaxed, feeling with the most beautiful pool area and garden where you could relax next to the pool have breakfast next to the pool or simply a drink The rooms were large with an outdoor balcony The staff were fantastic and met every need The manager made a point of saying hello to people and making you feel special It’s only a kilometer walk to the Citadel The sign of great service is when you feel like you’re the only client… That’s how we felt !

Foolishly we only booked in to stay one night in Hue en route from Ninh Binh to Hoi An and wish we had stayed for two. As a result we chose Emm hotel only because it looked fairly central and was good value. Though it was both of those things, it was so much nicer than we expected. It was light and bright and had a nice holiday atmosphere with a really attractive pool area and lots, and lots of healthy and beautiful plants. The rooms were bright and spacious and the beds big and comfortable, as well as great showers in the bathrooms. Our room and our sons' had balconies overlooking the pool. Breakfast was included and it was excellent - lots of choice, fresh fruit, great coffee, eggs, omelettes etc cooked to order. The staff were great too, friendly and helpful.
