Nice location close to imperial city, room was basic but good, I had the main floor facing the lake and it was peaceful and nice having a covered porch to sit on when it rained. Definitely quiet after 9,maybe the odd dog but otherwise the first night was soooo quiet I almost couldn't sleep after being in Hanoi! Lots of places to eat within a short walk and it has a kettle if you bring your own coffee or tea it's nice to sit on the deck and enjoy!

Great location in the old town. Very friendly and helpful host. Laundry done for us. Close to a great coffee shop. Room had balcony with waterside view.

Great place and location. The landlady is kind and helpful. The room is neat and clean. The location is excellent, with plenty of places to eat nearby and the imperial complex itself within walking distance. The room with a lake view is lovely.

Location was nice, far from the centre but close to the imperial city. There were some cute places around there for a coffee or breakfast. The woman that is the owner was kind and polite.
