The retired couple was incredibly nice and helpful, and the woman’s English was really good. We felt super nicely treated and safe. Her recommendation regarding restaurants and less turistic places were also excellent. Thank you!

Chi Homestay was the best place I stayed during my three-week trip to Vietnam. Located in a very quiet spot within the citadel, it is less than a 5-minute bike ride from the entrance to the imperial city. Chi lent me her three-day-old bike (!), the only one with gears that I rode in Vietnam. The accommodation was tastefully furnished and the bathroom had a bidet toilet. Everything was very clean. Last but certainly not least, Chi and her husband were very friendly and concerned for their guests' well-being. It's a shame that I could only stay for two nights.

The room is perfect, really clean m, the bed is huge and so comfy! Perfect after a long hot day! Also it is really close from the Imperial city - I went by walking and it took me 20min. I recommend it when staying in Hue.
