The owners are absolutely wonderful. I got really sick and therefore arrived later than planned and the they were so understanding and let me move my booking. The room is just like in the photos - clean, beautiful view with a nice balcony. And it‘s super cozy. Plus the bed/ mattress is super comfy. This place is the best value for money in Hue. Had to stay my last night elsewhere as this hotel was fully booked on my last night and the other hotel was not even close to as good. I really think the owners are what makes this hotel so nice! They take good care of the place and the people. I also liked the location - just outside of the busy part of Hue but close enough to walk everywhere!

Perfect quiet location close enough to city to be both convenient and quiet. Having the little balcony was an unexpected surprise. Lovely helpful staff.
