Colin has been amazingly thoughtful in doing up his place. Don't judge it from its exteriors because his house has more convenience than one could think of. Soft and comfortable mattresses, fans, very relaxing shower, cupboards and shelves in spots and shapes that are unusual but add so much more convenience, a cute 'shake parlour' in his kitchen, a lap-tray in its own special pull out shelf, and even a note pad and pen in the sitting room in case one forgot to bring one's own. This is not an exhaustive list. Colin himself is one of the greatest hosts I have ever experienced so far. Prompt in communication giving all information and directions, answering questions, his enthusiasm and care in showing around his house during checking in- Colin genuinely cares a lot.

Colin was a great host, always available whenever we had any questions or problems. The house is lovely, in a great location not too far from the town centre. We were a group of six and fit comfortably in the three bedrooms. There aren't enough seats on the two sofas for 6 people, but there is a foldable table and chairs in the living room, perfect for eating or playing board games/cards.

This property was clean, warm and well looked after ! The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! If you want to explore Huddersfield town centre then this property isn’t far from it !
